1. I don't like the movies.
The first two were pretty close to the books with only minor mistakes but Azkaban was terrible compared to the book. They had to cut out so much of the story to fit it into a movie that it loses a lot of it's luster. The next one is only going to be worse. Stick with the books.

2. I like the Azkaban movie quite a bit, but I liked the earlier Dumbledore
better.

Overall, I think they've done a fairly decent job with the movies. Not perfect, but better than most movies made from popular books end up.

3. Richard Harris was great!
If the present Dumbledore leaves I'd LOVE to see what Peter O'Tolle
could do with the part!
