but if you want to bestow that title on me...i could humbly accept...after all, back in my waiter day, i made a lot of money reccomending the veal chop(it was the second priciest entree- but always pushing the lobster just seemed too obvious to me)

and actually- it was two veal farms...but they were right next to each other.
