4) Answer questions from Fox and Sky News correspondents

5) Ignore the rest of the press

6) Make an uncomfortably crass joke about the Scots (Mr. Cheney suggests something involving kilts, drunkeness, or the Scottish people's famous "cheapness")

7) Laugh nervously for 3-4 minutes

8) Abruptly end the press conference and walk away
