How hard is it for an American to find a job in Europe?

Criteria:

-I want nothing to do with any government
-Must pay well, like around $65,000 US

Does anybody have any ideas, tips, etc? Where should I look, etc?

I would love to move back to Germany, and still maintain a dual citizenship with them.

I would certainly appreciate any leads to recruiters, etc.
