I've got a 12 mile run this weekend (I'm marathon training) and I am all alone. What do people listen to while they run??

I used to listen to a Navy Seal Cadence tape. I would rather stay off the treadmill and be out on the road.

7. I just downloaded that version of "I fought the law"
I'm going to get really tired if I listen to that while running!

9. A lot of techno is good for aerobic exercise, if you go in for that sort
of thing. Most stuff by Crystal Method I like. A lot of Fat Boy Slim also.

I like it to skate to and it helps in the kitchen too. And on the dancefloor and the bedroom and in the car. That's about when I like the techno.

10. whatever. make it a good rhythm you can run to.
i would check out steel pulse's "reaching out" extended version..8 plus minutes, third world's 7 plus minutes of "now that we found love." the rhythms and back beats are great for keeping a good steady stride with a smile on your face. ps: i used to run to them.

It will definitely get your blood flowing. What marathon are you running? I just ran the Cleveland Marathon in May. I plan on running the Baltimore Marathon in October.
