1. Well Hitler was a Nazi and had as much to do with his own defeat as we
did and if it wasn't for Stalin we never would have won. Pinochet never fought a war. Mussolini well was Mussolini, Milosovich was a communist/strong man, Franco won his war. While the rest of Hitler's minor fascist dictators got overrun by an even worse dictator. Not trying to be an ass HeyHey just trying to make sure all you ducks are in a row.

7. Not really he kinda made all of the Socialists and Communists
disappear. I mean of all the infamous dictators he probably has the least body count. When they arrested him and were going to indite him they were only talking about 10,000 people over the course of his entire rule. His secret police was pretty good at ferreting out any groups that may turn guerilla along with their leadership. He actually gave power up. I think he saw the writing on the wall and well the Communists around the world went belly up so he left before he was made to leave. As to Facists saying that if you didn't believe you were a traitor so did the Communists and Tito, Mao, Ho, Stalin and the rest had a good run.

14. He ran an election to see if they wanted him to stay and he lost
and gave up power. Not before he made sure he and his henchmen got immunity. You may be thinking of Noriegga who bolted to the Vatican Embassy and hid out there for a week before he surrendered.

3. Franco never lost a war. And one can dispute the claim that Milosevich...
is a fascist.

5. I am not yet convinced.
As far as I know Milosevich's biggest shortcoming was his unwillingness to play nice with the West. Was he really a bad man or did he just run afoul of the Russophobic policies of the West in the last 15 years?

11. When it comes to Yugoslavia it really gets fucking murky
I mean the Serbs felt that this was payback for the treatment the Croats and Bosnians gave them during WWII.

13. The Croats were big time Nazi allies they sent troops to fight in Russia
ran their own extermination programs against the Serbs. They decided since their were three million Serbs in Croatia at the time they would kill a million, drive out a million and make the others into good Croats. Then many Croats joined the Waffen SS and Heer. While the Bosnians raised two Waffen SS divisions made up of Muslims to fight for the Germans.
