It can be either physically, emotionally, or both.

As for myself, I'd make myself not be such a bad procrastinator! I think I'm the world's worst! As far as physically, I'd probably change my weight.

1. My bank account.
I don't think I could be more superficial in my answer, LOL.

But if I were rich, I'd be able to change other things. And, I could buy friends/other things to deal with my other 'might want to change' points.

9. Oh man, don't we all?
But it makes you appreciate things much more when you have to work hard for them.

3. I'd gi ve myself a fast metabolism
so weight gain wouldn't be an issue.

Psychologically, I might make myself more outgoing.

4. I'd make myself more able to live independently.
Right now I'm doing well in that area, a lot better than 5 years ago, but not nearly as good as lots of friends who are my age.

18. Thank you. The one thing I'd want to change about myself is too personal
(and somewhat embarrassing) to go into.

Smoking, drinking too much, making poor decisions when drunk (not really bad but flirting and the like).

22. My inability to give 'just one thing' in any discussion
Then I'd go onto get rid of the flab around the waist; make my hair a wee bit darker (it used to be when I was wee, but is now definitely brown rather than nearly black); give me some motivation (I'm a total lazy slob).
