We're at defcon 1 due to MJ?

When I first logged on I thought I'd missed something important happening in the news today.

I think this case is important to people who feel marginalized and persecuted because a segment of society thinks they're "weird".

I was just feeling lazy and figured people would get my point.

I grew up with pot being called Mary Jane in my house, we always used MJ as the abbreviation.

12. I just didn't expect it

I had no interest in the case and never kept up with the events. It seemed to me most of the people here felt the same way. It's a perfect example of how we gage our perception of things by our own interest.
