LOST pilot coming up in a few minutes

3. It was great watching this again...

I watched the entire season religiously. But my wife didn't catch it since it was on at 8 and she's originally thought it was going to be more of a sci-fi fantasy show so she let me watch it while she put my young daughter to bed. So she watched the pilot last night for the first time and is now hooked.

But watching the pilot again you catch so much stuff that didn't seem significant the first time around.

4. I kept looking for other survivors besides the dozen

they've brought to the story- but no real focus on anyone else.

"We're a thousand miles off course. They're looking for us in the wrong place."

Last night was the first time it occurred to me that they might have gone back in time...

5. watching this for the first time.

Now that everything else is in rerun mode, I thought I'd catch Lost and check it out -- I can definitely see getting hooked. Also looking forward to the new season of "the 4400" which I liked last year.

LOST has set up an incredible story that you can't stop thinking about between shows. Great casting, great writing.

I haven't heard of "the 4400".
