Its after 3am here, way past my 10pm bedtime. Not a night owl or a morning person unless I have to be.

9. I woke up when it started storming and my dog began pacing and panting

I let him out. I sat down at my computer and checked into the lounge with this post. Let the dog back in. He was still panting and pacing so I gave him his doggie Xanax. Now he's getting mellow...soon I will go back to bed! :boring: :boring: :boring:

He is an older dog, almost 13. He started having panicky episodes during storms about a year ago. After a week of having him pace all night I went to the vet and said: Give him something or give me something. So he prescribed Xanax and it works like a charm. Sometimes he goes for months without needing it, other times he has a bad week and I end up giving it to him every night.

18. My circadian rhythm is f*cked.

I work 12 hour night shifts 3 nights a week and on my nights off I usually have my kids here. I go to bed at 9:00 and then wake up at 2 or 3 am and can't get back to sleep for a couple hours, then I'm up at 7:00. It's messed up.
