someone scrambled up the alphabet on my keyboard. It starts all the way down at Q instead of A

I volunteered to design a website and set up a discussion forum a few months ago for a group of local senior citizens. The site and forum are up and I agreed to continue offering "tech support".

So far nearly every post on their forum deals with "having trouble posting"! :spank: Usually with no further elaboration.

I'm filing it in the "no good deed goes unpunished" file. And yes, my brains are beginning to leak out of my ears. :crazy:

Actually - I'm a woman, but have been called much worse than a man, so no worries! ;)

Yep - I feel your pain. I support computers in varying degrees - from the most mundane to the more complex. Just got a phone call at HOME a little while ago from one of our customers. His daughter can't install her internet cd. Would I walk her through it on the phone? :crazy:

It will be one of those "it says to click NEXT - now what do I do?" caliber conversations, no doubt.
