sew, cook like you wouldn't believe using all those good for us herbs and veggies.

Also pretty fair hand with minor plumbing/electrical, can work on older cars (pre-computer chip. Am mechinically minded enough to work on building better mousetraps, water storage ideas, generally recycling to make things work better and easier.

Work well with kids and critters. They respond, learn and blossom around me.

Plus I am weird as hell and quite amusing. Oh, and have some healing touch skills. Training in communication skills and mediating.

But I don't spell for shit and my back is not what it used to be. Some younger bloke can lift the heavy stuff. I have reached village wise woman stage of life.

A carpenter contractor, from setting slab forms to building the cabinets. I ran a military electrical shop on a remote site in Alaska, which required a lot of work arounds. I've worked with military housing crews repairing appliances and plumbing. I'm also a jackleg shadetree mechanic.
I've raised and trained horses, mules, cattle, guard dogs, hunting dogs, stock dogs. I've raised both tropical birds and farm fowl from eggs hatched in two cabinet-sized incubators I built.
I've cleared heavy timber and built timber bridges. I've cleared land and planted crops. I've been complimented on my landscaping skills and floral growing by professionals.
I've operated and maintained heavy equipment, including fire department pumpers and have college and practical training in fire suppression. I've maintained and operated sailboats and power boats up to forty foot shrimp boats.
I've built and operated distillation units and chemical labs. I have a fair grasp on animal medicine.
I'm a wannabee fiction writer with a third of a million words written.
That's a fair start, but this list is getting rather long.

I can grow things, and am pretty skilled at sewing. (I worked for a theatrical costumer for 15 years, although that was quite a while ago.) I'm also a pretty quick learner at a variety of skills. I used to be a good writer, but I'm long out of practice with that.

I actually like washing dishes. And I can do laundry by hand if I have to.

On the downside, my back, my knees and my ankles are shot. Getting old ain't for sissies.
