4. I think the board is getting bigger faster than

we/they are prepared for. I am a relative newbie, I have been here a little less than a year, and when I joined there were only about 44,000 registered users. Less than a year later, I think we are at 70,000. Seeing how this is the 5th year of operation, I guess it isn't too surprising that some folks are getting frustrated.
