2. I saw it with the volume off. He's still somewhere in Russia, and

as the camera panned he was on some podium, or something, but there was no orchestra or band anywhere - WTF was he doing???? He looked like a COMPLEAT IDIOT!!!

He was looking back at someone when he started to do this little jig thingy. Then he continued walking and did it again.

Reminded me of the old footage of Hitler doing his jig when he heard that France had fallen.
