This is my Dad...



He is the one who dried my tears, held my hand, listened to all my troubles, helped me through the rough patches, knew better than I did that MrG was the one for me, helped raise my daughter, cooked dinners, always took us to an amusement park every year, gave me a love of old movies, cried when we lost the babies, always supported me...and most of all, told me to never, ever give up...because, at the end of the day, they can't take away your family. I love you Daddy!

it's so periodic--from the 50s. His clothes are so 1950s, his hair is so 1950s...it's just a great photo to me.

He'll be 75 soon, and he's looking for an old Bel Aire to restore. I hope we can find one for him, for his birthday. :D
