I just posted a 6-paragraph insightful post on another DU forum...
It took me a good 15 minutes to write it. And it gave me an error message that it was unsuccessful. The I hit the back button, and the post disappeared. The post didn't appear on the thread list either.

I think I'm going to cry for a long time now...:cry::cry::cry:

1. aww man, you had a very insightful post that I saw in GD
yesterday and I agreed with it completely, unfortunely some people were judgemental dicks.

5. It happened to me so many times that now...

When I type more then 2 lines,I select the text,right-click and copy it before clicking on Post message.If I get an error message I still have the whole thing in my clipboard.All I have to do is paste it and I'm back in business.

6. That hurts
next time you write a long piece, try writing it on word, or whatever program you have, and then cut and paste into a post.

Save, save, save. Losing work is a real drag.
