Droopy does in fact resemble me in real life, but maybe not in the suave department. Somebody asked me why I chose my screen name for DU and I told them that, "Droopy is a state of mind." It was more the way I felt at the time when I signed up. It was about the time of the beginning of the war and I was very much against the war. Seeing all the people, including a few of my own family members, who were for the war and vehemently so just made me feel wilted. Hence Droopy. I had the cartoon character in mind as well so I guess my screen name has a dual meaning. Sorry to get serious on you there.
