Since I frequent them, I guess that it does.

10. It has made me a lot 'smarter'.

I have more information than I did before.

Before, when I had a question, I'd either go to the library to look it up, or just forget about it.

With the internets, every time I have a slight wonderment about something, I can get an answer and then *know* the answer.

So in that way, I'd say it makes you more knowledgeable.

I don't think actual 'smartness', or intelligence, is affected too much by external factors.
