This is your friend NYYFan, just dropping back in for a minute to say howdy ! How have you guys been ? I've been incredibly busy with my newest passion, Tae Kwon Do. I'm a first degree black belt now, and loving it. It takes up most of my free time. I have missed you all, and just wanted you to know.

So, what's up with you guys ?

I earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan back in 1982. I'm in terrible shape now, but I still miss working out. Maybe I ought to get back into it....

Sparring sucks. I'm too old and fat to be effective. ;-)
