24. In "Saw", the real mastermind behind the murders ...
... is neither the doctor nor the PI (the deranged ex-cop is a red herring, and the hospital orderly who appears to be the villain is just an accessory in the plan). It's the patient whose brain tumor the doctor was discussing during rounds. (By the way, this also is a spoiler for the Chief Inspector Morse episode "The Last Enemy".)

The killer was in the room with the two captives the entire time -- face down on the floor, pretending to be dead.

52. In "Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein"...

1. Frankenstein (Glenn Strange, NOT Boris Karloff) lumbers along, but is never able to move quite fast enough to capture Wilbur Grey (Lou Costello).

2. The Wolfman, aka Lawrence Talbot (Lon Chaney, Jr.), changes from a mild mannered man to the beast ONLY during a full moon, and, although much more nimble than Frankenstein, is never actually able to do bodily harm to Wilbur/Lou.

3. Chick Young (Bud Abbott) slaps Wilbur/Lou on the head/cheek/neck/shoulder 273 times during the movie. Wilbur/Lou never shows any lasting injuries from one scene to the next.

4. Count Dracula (The inimitable Bella Lugosi), from time to time, "changes" into a (supposedly) vampire bat. An extremely poorly done version of what we now call "special effects".
