What is the deal with April???? Does everyone lose their mind this month?

I've encountered so many people who have some kind of extreme emotional unbalance this month, and if I'm thinking correctly, this isn't the first April that has been the case with. Is there like a full moon for the entire month or something? Seriously, :wtf:!

i think that is more of a weather phenomonon rather than a mas-psychological thing...

After all, April is when the weather breaks - would you rather be out campaigning in the spring through the summer and into the fall? Or would you rather wait and risk going through the winter (ask Washington, Napoleon, and many others - winter operations are the worst.....)
