Consider yourself lucky you didn't call them what I usually call them when I see them on TV. Of course, I don't have any kids, so I don't have the automagic parental mouth-filter that you probably have.

You could always tell the active parents at work by the way they swore at their computers when they had problems. Me, there's been a few times I've been lucky that the boss wasn't around to hear me when I accidently did exit-no-save on 4 hours work.

My 5 YO daughter's teacher called to inform me that my daughter used the word moron at school. I asked what she said, and she told me my kid said "Pres. Bush is a moron, Mommy says so". I figured at least she used the word correctly.
