I didn't used to like westerns, but I fear I am hooked on them. Same with country music. uh oh...

7. "Once Upon a Time in the West."
With a casting move that is pure genius:
Charles Bronson is the good guy
Henry Fonda is the bad guy, and Fonda is so good at being the bad guy it's downright scarey. He should have played more bad guys.

but check out the opening scene of "ONce Upon a Time..." ... it is brilliant.

Dark Star is a great underrated movie. But I more in the mood for a deeper emotional selfexaming movie such as Princess Monoke.
