How frequently
do you disinfect your mouse, mousepad and keyboard?

When I was Director of Early Childhood, I instructed staff to do this daily.

Now that I am retired I don't follow this practice, maybe I should. We pick up bacteria, whatever, crap is in the air, great place for stuff to grow, at our computers.

3. I do it with my general cleaning routine...
Take a clorox wipe and wipe down my laptop and the kids computer keyboard. I also do it to the remote and phones. I also lysol the doorknobs weekly..

Maybe thats why I get sick so much?

4. There is a special mix of bleach and water,
can't remember it but you could log on to your county Health Dept for their requirements. We made new bleach and water every other day, as we were told after this the use of bleach has no affect. I don't have little children anymore, but know disinfecting is very important.

7. um, so, my computer might get a virus?
Edited on Sat Apr-23-05 07:16 PM by qnr
Never, actually, and I've been using computers daily since 1978.

Edit: Well, I have cleaned them (so 'Never' isn't strictly true, but just to remove grime.)
