I've never been a hardcore fan, but I think there are far worse bands making a ton of money. Had the opportunity to do 4 shows with U2 when they were wee lads. Dec. 1980, first American tour, Boston, Providence, Philly, New Haven. Confirmed the dates by comparing my hotel itinerary I found in a drawer to the dates on their website.
