Well, This Is My 10th Anniversary of MS Diagnosis
So, to celebrate, i took a vacation day yesterday and played 36 holes of golf. It was basically celebratory defiance, since i've been diagnosed for 10 years and i can still play 36 holes of golf in one day!

My legs were getting sort of mushy and they're burning like the dickens today, but defiance comes with a certain amount of consequence.

BTW: I shot a 74 and a 72! Not bad for a guy with MS, huh? For you golfers out there, i hit my new driver on one hole 275 yards! Again, not bad for a guy with MS, huh? My wife doesn't care about golf a whit, and even she was excited by the concept of my celebration.

4. NIKE: Ignite
I got the 1, 3, 5. When i was demo-ing the 3 wood, i played the white tees just to be able to hit the 3 wood from the tee. On one hole (346 yards from the whites), i hit it 90 yards out. I never doubted i was going to buy it after that. I knew i could NOT hit my Adams (strong 3) that far. The shaft is just well matched to my swing.

So, i bought the 3 and 5. I was POUNDING them. So, i figured i should try the driver too! I've been hitting over 80% of fairways with it! And, i've had mishits go 235! A good investment, methinks.

5. Hmmm...I might have to demo that one.
I've got a Cleveland Launcher 330 that, when I hit well, goes straight as an arrow and about 250 (which is long for me).

9. Used To Use The Quadpro
And demoed a Ping. Liked the Ping too, but didn't hit it as far. It's likely the shaft, the kickpoint, and the overall weighting that matches my swing or something. I doubt the face of the club is that different.

Fun stuff! I seldom buy new gear. I don't believe in buying a game. But, my swing is REALLY grooved right now, so if i was ever going to be able to test the new technology, it was now. There's no point of trying something new and hitting it like crap! Nothing learned!

It's fun hitting 8 iron to the green when i used to hit 7 or even a 6!

10. Definitely. I need to get my swing in shape first.
Plus, my current market is for a putter, center shaft. I tested the Taylor Made Rossa Fortuna. VERY nice!

6. A good walk spoiled :-)
If it were me, I'd celebrate with a recording session.

But I am glad you were up to the challenge, and I wish you many happy returns.

11. I Can Record Anytime
I don't have to leave my basement for that. Plus, full disclosure, i ride in a cart. I can't walk 5 miles and carry the clubs. If i had a caddy (yeah, like that's gonna happen), i could walk the course comfortably, but carrying the bag would wear me out about 3/4ths of the way through the round. So, it's a good RIDE spoiled.

15. I've Written Letters. . .
. . .requesting that job descriptions for chain stores be written to prevent that. Nobody makes any pharmacist work at Walgreens. If you can't do the job, find somewhere else to work. I think the changing of JD's will be sufficient to head this off. The big corps hate too much attention, so they will change from the inside if they're bothered from the outside. I think that will shake some trees.
