unnecesary cosmetic surgery.

Surgeons who fix birth defects like rebuilding cleft pallets and the like are a Godsend.

But I take issue with people to go under the knife only to satisfy their own vanity.

Get a fucking life.

I bakes this weekend the cake you posted the recipe the other day (apple coffee cake). What can I say? I really got it right!!! And it tastes YUMMY!!!!
