2. A recipe of my own making

2 parts Marsala wine
1 part Maggi seasoning
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon MrsDash italian seasoning
1 part lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar

3. Marsala Wine's Pretty Good for That

and I find myself using a lot of those other ingredients - bullion powder (is that the Maggi?), lemon juice, sugar, spice mixtures. Although for my money, Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic is still the most useful all-purpose seasoning.
