There's the marketing job that MAY come through. He's been working with his gaming buddies on a starting a gaming company, but game geeks and business aren't a perfect fit. :silly:

He has these pie-in-the-sky ideas, but nothing is actually making any money. I don't know 'bout him. :banghead:

but she still tires easily and needs the walker. She wants to go to the Renaissance Festival, which is in a clearing, minimal shade, no paved walkways. She says that if she goes, she'll get well; if she waits for total wellness, she won't do anything. I say train in the meantime to do this. The Festival is walking intensive, bad idea for someone who doesn't walk too well.

I know she's not gonna listen to me. :shrug: I fear that she'll over-stress herself and create another medical incident. :(

It might do her a world of good to get out and experience life. Granted, it won't be too easy for her to walk, but at least she'll see the things she's missing. It might give her the energy boost she needs. Just take lots of breaks and make her take it slow. :)

I figure that they (she and my dad) will be good for not more than a couple of hours. While it's springtime, the temp won't be too bad, but the pollen isn't good. I'd be worried if the temp gets too high.
