Ladies, please explain something about the hair flip.

When you see a guy and do the hair flip thing, does it mean that you are attracted to the guy? Do you do it for every guy who notices you or just the really good looking ones? I've noticed that it usually only happens when direct eye contact is made, is this mandatory? I need to know! Thanks in advance.

and I never ever remember doing the hairflip thing...even if Denzel Washington himself were to be in the room, I just would never do it. If I flirt at all, I use my eyes.
