Does Eliot Spitzer wear make up?

I love Eliot Spitzer. He's a real patriot and a great Democratic party hopeful. But do you all think he wears eye make up? I see eye liner there.

I think he just has deep set eyes. I just don't think a guy who lets himself be photographed witha 5 O'clock shadow would also allow himself to be photographed with eyeliner.

and one can get eye liner tattooed on. Do some people have eyes already lined, before using make up? Because he's got something there, whether it's natural or not, I can't say.
