14. I've been known to wrap the big elephant garlic in foil, with butter...
bake it in the oven, then spread it on toast, or add it to pasta. I love it!

8. Olive oil, sherry wine, sage...
Garlic, salt & pepper and sometimes some fresh Basil or Rosemary.
Do not sautee. Marinate for about 1 hour and then bake.

Trust me I'm a chef

10. Morels need no wine
The season is only weeks away. The richest, most intense, fungal encounter awaits.

15. My recipe for perfect steak
Rub rib eyes with olive oil and sprinkle with Monterey Steak Seasoning.

Get a pound or so of mushrooms and quarter them. Melt one whole stick of butter in saute pan. (yes one whole stick!) Saute mushrooms, add salt and pepper, and when they're almost done add some Balsamic vinegar (not a lot). The Balsamic combines with all the butter to make an awesome sauce.

Throw steaks on grill. When done, pour mushrooms and sauce on steak. Eat. YUM!!!!!
