14. Wow, I just asked in your daughter's thread how it went. And here

you have posted. We met him today at a brunch here in Michigan. Did the same thing, got our picture (PassingFair, another DUer, and I) and really enjoyed his speech. What impressed me most was that he was in no hurry to leave even though his "people" kept trying to move him along. It will go down as a great memory.

15. The best part about Dean Meetups and events like this are the

people you meet! Democrats are just the most interesting people...and politically active people are just dynamic fun people to be around. Witty, charming and downright passionate about social justice.

16. I have to agree. We met some great people today. It amazes

me how far some of the people drove. It is good to not feel so alone in one's convictions.
