You know, "man of peace", "rest in peace", "now at peace", etc.

A: Zero.

He sure mentioned 'freedom' a few times, though.... :eyes:

2. Bush's speech on the pope's death
It honestly galls me to say this - but the clip I saw of Bush, with Laura standing by his side, talking about the pope's death was the most presidential I have ever seen him act. He was in a dark suit and subdued tie; Laura was wearing what looked to be a black suit (which I thought she looked well in - much better than anything else I've seen her wear recently). He spoke well, seemed (notice I say seemed - the acting lessons may have finally taken root) sincere and didn't mess up that I saw. His message was short and concise and hit all the appropriate notes (for example the "good man' meme, the 'spiritual man' meme - you get the picture)

{must stop twitching with dismay now}

3. He talks good
for a trained chimp. It's really his one job skill. Not as good as St. Reagan, of course, but twenty years in the movies is better career training than twenty years systematically destroying brain cells with bourbon and cocaine.

What gets me about his speechifying is how often he licks his lips-- like he knows he's gonna be called out for the next lie, or that the pimples on his tongue are growing...
