Sorry, I can't post in the V/V/AR forum. (Too broke to donate, waaah waaah.)

My two favorites:

Add a little cayenne to the ny and shake it on popcorn.

Use half ny, half whole wheat pastry flour, a couple of shakes of cumin & turmeric and dredge tofu cutlets in the dry mix. Pan-fry. So good!

You could always visit vegsource for more ideas, or just drop the extra NY at my place in W. Seattle.

Really, try the tofu dredge--especially good with some raspberry coulis! (Also have a recipe for that, if you want.)
