Losing that gut, how, how, how?
What's the most effective way to target your abdomen to lose a fat belly? This is really driving me nuts, I'd be happy with losing 20 lbs over 6 months, if possible, and virtually all of it is around my midsection.

1. if you found a way
please let me know. I try to get slim in the next months also, except I don't need to lose that much weight, only about 10lb.

3. Never seen a genuine method of localizing fat loss...
you basically have to lose weight all over. Changing what and how you eat is the first thing, getting regular exercise is the next thing. But in terms of losing it from a location of your choice...won't happen, I'm afraid.

and do cardiovascular exercises - running, biking, swimming.

Stop eating junk/fast food and sugar.

Pretty simple really, but I'm still in the same boat you are. Trying to lose about 20 pounds in the same time frame. I stopped drinking soda months ago - switched to diet - and dropped 5 pounds in a week.

Burn more calories than you consume and strengthen/build your muscles so they'll burn more calories to speed up the process.

If I didn't have this damn back pain (at 23!!!) I could exercise more regularly.
