It happens, but so few say anything that there is no protocol on how to handle it when it does happen. And it does happen.

You shouldn't have to feel violated without an outlet to express that. You can tell her you don't ever want her to do that again and make sure you watch out for her. Right now, you stand the best chance at getting something done about it if she continues. That's when you can officially call it harrassment and turn her in.

I'd stear clear of her if she made me feel that way. Do you have to have her as your roommate? Or can you kick her out? Or can you move? That kind of thing can scar you if you are not careful. I know. Been there, done that.

And, believe it or not, you CAN find rape counselers to talk to who can explain it to you in detail that even if "the deed" wasn't done, something like that can still be considered sexual assault.
