Another school shooting.

Up to 10 dead in a Minnesota school shooting. The shooting took place on the Red Lake Indian reservation. Shooter may be one of the dead.
When will this type of violence STOP.

2. It won't..

There's no easy answer for these occurrences. Blame the guns? My dad rode street cars in the 1950's with either a .22 or shotgun on his lap or on his bike handlebars yet none of this happened. Media violence? Maybe, but we've had violence as long as we've had a media, so back to square one. I'm not certain, I believe many kids simply did not or do not have a conscience or the ability to feel compassion.

4. There is no one cause

we have had guns, media violence etc for decades but this kind of thing was rare until about 10 years ago. Now every couple of months there is another school shooting.

I honestly don't know if there is any single cause to blame. There is no easy scapegoat for gun violence in schools, inner cities or anywhere.

3. This violence is caused

by teaching evolution in school, birth control pills and single mothers. Only when we eliminate these great evils can we truly be a free, safe nation. :P

5. The problem is due to all the hate and anger in the world

The anger and hate needs to be stopped. We can take away the guns (I am not a gun advocate) but that is not the answer. Just read the bloggs, listen to shrub and his cohorts, than, be aware of the shrub budget, the cuts, the I don't care attitudes and the war, and everything that is happening today in our world. The anger is growing and it darn well scares me. Yes, even racial bias is increasing.

8. And don't forget...

that the violence is also abetted by not having ENOUGH guns available.

Properly arm every teacher and kid in every school in the country and this will never happen again.

Forget the textbooks, we'll save a ton of money and educate the kids better if we just give them all a .38 and a Bible.

7. it's completely heartbreaking.

i will never understand why this type of violence ever started, much less when it will stop. those poor kids and teachers :cry:
