I just saw the trailer for the remake of "The War of The Worlds"
As a fan of the 1953 original, I'm hoping this is going to turn out to be a good movie. With Spielberg directing and Cruise starring, I'm not optimistic.

The trailer did look good. Then again, it was more of a teaser. It didn't show the Martians or their war machines. Just lots of shots of Cruise looking concerned and people fleeing from the unseen invaders.

Any other DUers looking forward to seeing this movie?
