5. Totally serious.
But don't get too excited. It's generally from wine kits, which taste great especially after a year or more of aging. I've tried making wine from scratch, too, but the grapes from my backyard aren't ideal for wine--they always need extra sweetening.

As for the chicken, we'll see. First time purchase from the supermarket meat counter. We'll see how it compares to the stuff we used to get at Granville Island in Vancouver.

Enjoy that pizza, and cheers!

11. Nah, we're in the middle of changing it.
We moved in a year ago and lived with it. Now that we know what we want to change, we've started to take things apart. It's a mess right now.

In August when it's 105 outside I'll be the one with a case of weather envy. :)

30. It's really easy. Just grind or chop the pistachios, cover salmon
with pistachios. Then sprinkle fresh lemon on pistachios. I usually lightly spray with cooking spray and bake at about 425. Should bake 10 min for every inch of thickness. Voila! It's awesome.

And I dipped the delicate leaves in a (homemade, leftover) pesto/mayonnaise mixture. I mixed some of that in with the salad. Damn, I'm really hittin' 'em tonight!
