Don't people know their rights? I mean really?

I am getting tired of young photographers letting the police steal there equipment due to the fact that they don't know their rights! It seems to me far to many people have no clue of their full rights in this country. It is really ticking me off!!!!!!!

1. Nope, they don't.

Not that I'm one to talk. But people really don't know their rights, or how government works, or what our Constitution says, even. They just tend to assume that the police wouldn't say they could do that if they *couldn't*, ya know?

2. People need to start looking at this!!!

The police have begun to take far to much into their hands. To many Young, Rambo types are popping up, and not enough people with the knowledge to put them back in place!

3. How can we stop them?

In situations where this really becomes an issue, the police tend to be present in force, with vastly superior armament and shielding, and even more powerful backup a mere phone call away. And although they're not actually supposed to use deadly force, often enough, they do.

We've got the numbers, true. But otherwise, we're quite vulnerable.
