AWWW West Texas weather.
84 yesterday, and now we have a chance of snow Monday and Tuesday night.
and we had the air conditioner on yesterday afternoon and the heater today. Well it is not Easter yet so we can still have snow.

2. I'm from El Paso, and they aren't expecting weather like that.
Nothing East of Van Horn counts as true West Texas - you have to be in Mountain time, really :) What are you, in Lubbock or Amarillo? That's North Central to me...

3. That is West Texas.
Lubbock is Western Texas. it is in the southern panhandle. Once you are west of Abilene you are in what is considered Western Texas.

We may have to avoid the Raton Pass on I-25, and drive east to Lamar, CO and then go south on US 287 to Amarillo.
