I'm about to buy one...

I'm finally getting around to buying one. I've seen some nice ones, and am successful enough to afford the best.

Any recommendations on brands? Which is the best? Also, instructions on use would be appreciated.

I've been looking to spend a minimum of quite a chunk of change, perhaps as much as boatloads of cash, but in no case will I spend less than a pretty penny.

If you shop around you can find a used one that's better than most new ones yet still costs a lot less.
