Just off on a teeny tangent here.
I remember my childhood church had wire hatholders for the men, under the seat. Kind of a "U" shaped wire thing. You turned your hat upside down and slid the brim on top of the "U". It held your fedora neat and clean and out of the way.
ALL men wore hats back then.

4. I like many kinds of hats

Though I'm not real fond of ball caps. They don't look good on me. I have a felt fedora style hat that I wear in wet weather and a wide brimmed straw hat that I wear in the summer.

People don't wear hats much anymore - that's too bad. I like them and they're tough to find.
