Anyone else having trouble sleeping under a full moon?
I have this syndrom, which is a bit odd, but nonetheless extremely annoying. Whenever there is a full moon, I barely sleep the couple of days before and a few days after it.

This weekend, I've had a total of around 5 hours of sleep. It's not that I don't get tired, really, but I simply cannot sleep. Is there anyone else having the same problem?

1. Yes.
But the problem is less anoying, when there are many clouds.
Luckily my son tends to speak loud in his dreams in this full moon times, so I get at least some entertainment in my sleeplessness.

Earnestly: I sleep better, when I manage to get the room completely dark.

3. Yes
I live in the woods (no street lighting or any kind of lighting outside) and the impact of the full moon is greater than it is in the city. I've been able to sleep in snippets, and wake up feeling very very tired.

4. Even a man who is pure at heart
...and says his prayers by night will become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the moon is full and bright.

5. yes
Tried to get to bed early last nite, lay awake till about midnite, only to wake wide eyed at 4am.
and the dreams...many many people that i've known and strangers (to me) that i somehow know in the dream. We are all gathered in a strange town, waiting to watch the flight overhead of hundreds of large aircraft, flying in formation.
everyone watching transfixed staring up, i move to the back of the crowd to watch them staring up, feeling dread.

and then just wanting to get away from everyone, making my plans to leave. and waking up before i could leave.

it's going to be a long day.

6. I guess I sleep OK, but I wake up with mud and blood all over me!
One morning I woke up early because I had to go pee and I noticed I had Dew Claws! I also felt a horrible urge to hike up my leg when I took a leak that morning!

All jokes aside though, I worked in nightclubs for several years and when the moon is full the people always want to fight and get rowdy! 90% of the bar fights I ever saw were on nights when the moon was full! Some club owners even put extra help on the door when the moon is full!
