8. I love whole wheat bread, multi-grain bread, anything

with some body and flavor.

HOWEVER...nothing much beats a fresh-from-the-oven loaf of homemade white bread.

9. White bread is wheat bread. Both are made from wheat.

Whole wheat is another story, but in most cases not much of a story. Just because the label says it's whole wheat doesn't mean it's 100% whole wheat. Most breads put in enough whole wheat to use that on the label, but is still basically white bread.
