My book is for sale on Amazon but there is one problem
I'm looking at the half-finished manuscript and CD's of photos and drawings etc as I type. The draft has not even been proof read.
A colleague told me this morning and I had a shifty; sure enough, there it was. Only one second hand, copy at over $100. Eh? It's pitched to sell for around $20!
I'm half tempted to try buying it just to see what happens but I'm going to send Amazon an e-mail instead.
This has put the zap on my head...maybe I did get it published but forgot about it. Must stop drinking that cheap red wine.
It's an architectural text and it is known that it will be published...sometime...the date has never been revealed because I don't want to create a hostage to fortune.
I'm still thinking how to deal with this. My impish sense of humour leans towards a wind-up...
