This is a great snack. Yesterday I went to Sunflower Market, they had packages of Margaret's Artisan Flatbread (bought Jalapeno & Cheese). Let me tell you, this was some good eating. This could be habit forming, My favorite junk food was always potato chips, not anymore. The healthy fun food is Artisan flatbread. Try it you will like it.

1. Look for Dr. Kracker too.
Whole grain cracker breads with seeds, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, with or without a little white cheese, also just plain whole grain.

2. That sounds good
I am really tired of the fried and salty foods. I'll try Dr. Kracker if it is available at Sunflower Market. I spent so much money at Sunflower yesterday, but oh, you should see the healthy foods in my fridge . Veggies, veggies and more veggies.!

Tonight is fish and veggies for supper.
