For 50 cents you get about two chips of a pork rind. I would die from going broke before the cholesterol would kill me.

6. We had to ditch ours due to a rat problem

I was out sick when it happened, but one of our employees bought a bag of chips that was empty and had a big hole in the back. She tried to buy something else and noticed movement in the machine.

9. You think that's bad?

The vending machine people at my office haven't fixed the damned soda machine, and it's been out of order for 2 months or more. Oh, it'll sell you a soda, but first you have to go get change somewhere else. The dollar bill slot has been broken and a part has been on "order" for over 2 months now.

So, not only are you limited to exact change only, but people horde their quarters, and getting Pepsi change late in the day when that craving hits is getting harder and harder to do.

Actually... the company that does our candy machine does our pop machine also. It has had a lot of problems with the dollar changer also.
