te quiero - I desire you, or you are my beloved
in Italian I say ti amo anchio - I love you always.
I happen to live in Kansas and I know how to say I love you in over 20 languages, none of them involving trucks (although I am an assman).
According to one person who knew alot of Japanese, the Japanese do not really have, or use, a phrase that says "I love you" so I say "dozo yoroshiku" I am very pleased to meet you.
